Not too worried; this is good cuisine just a few seconds from the ground, with great ambience and ease.

Akbar's on Liverpool Road celebrated for its real Indian cuisine, is a quick trip from Old Trafford. The restaurant's strong tastes complement its dynamic environment. Although lamb rogan josh and chicken jalfrezi are among the signature dishes, their little naan really steals the show; it's so big it's presented on a skewer, hitting you across the face literally rather than with taste.

With a cuisine meant to appeal to everyone, the Dockyard presents a modern gastropub experience. Perfect for pre-game fueling are your typical British pub grub favourites on the menu, hotdogs (more of an American football thing, if you ask us), and poutine from Canada (another famous sports meal from across the pond). 

Situated next to MediaCityUK, this is a fantastic venue to mix with a varied audience that includes media types and sports enthusiasts. Even if ETH brings another dud inside the stadium, their craft beer selection is outstanding and a match made in heaven when combined with a Dockyard burger or halloumi fries.
